Walker Russell Jr. brings proven floor-general instincts and veteran poise to JSU
Walker Russell Jr. is a pass-first guard whose biggest value is control: he has a history of elite assist production, including leading the D-League in assists in the 2011-12 season and averaging 9.9 assists per game in that stretch, which signals real playmaking vision and tempo management.[1] At Jacksonville State, he was an All-Ohio Valley Conference point guard, and his pro résumé shows he can organize an offense under pressure.[1][4] If you want a steady lead guard who elevates teammates more than he hunts shots, he is the kind of fit that can stabilize a roster and sharpen late-game execution.[1][5]
