Alec Flanagan brings veteran versatility and special-teams value to Idaho State
Alec Flanagan is a long-tenured Idaho State defender who has developed from a 6'0", 190-pound high school DB into a 220-pound linebacker, giving the Bengals a rare blend of experience, size, and adaptability. Idaho State’s roster history shows he has been with the program since 2018, which usually means a player who understands alignments, can communicate well, and isn’t rattled by the moment. The available public roster data doesn’t show current-season stats, so the value here is more about reliability, football IQ, and positional flexibility than flashy numbers.
