Illinois State back with clear unknowns, but no verified recent production found
Publicly available results do not show verifiable recent game-by-game production for a current Illinois State RB named Victor Arlis, so any evaluation should be treated cautiously. The only Illinois State record surfaced is a 2003 cumulative-stat mention, which is not useful for current scouting[1]. If you are tracking roster fit, the key question is whether he offers depth, special-teams value, and ball-security discipline more than headline rushing numbers—because that profile can still help a program even when the stat sheet is thin.
