Veteran Savannah State Guard with Proven Grit from a Bygone Era
Raye Bailey, a 5-11 senior guard for the Savannah State Tigers, showcased his quickness and court vision during the 2008-09 season, bringing tenacious defense and leadership from his Gulf Coast CC background to a transitioning program. Reliable sources like ESPN highlight his career stats as a steady contributor, though outdated—no recent performance data post-2009 suggests he's no longer active in college hoops as of 2026. His differentiator? Battle-tested intensity ideal for teams needing a vocal floor general, but likely past prime for pro or high-major fits.
