Southeastern Louisiana’s do-it-all leg with all-conference pop
Hall was a versatile specialist for Southeastern Louisiana in the 2005 season, handling both punting and placekicking and earning Southland Conference weekly honors after a game with a 41.3-yard punt average, 2-for-3 field goals, and 6-for-6 on PATs[5][12]. He also finished 2005 ranked 10th nationally in punting average at 41.86 yards, which tells you he wasn’t just reliable — he could tilt field position[10]. The big draw is his two-way kicking value: one roster spot, multiple jobs, and proven consistency under pressure[6][15].
