Boise State CB Quaylon Ewing-Burton: active tackler with starting-caliber size
Quaylon Ewing-Burton is a 6-foot, 184-pound Boise State cornerback from Houston whose profile points to a physical, tackling-minded defender rather than a pure ballhawk. ESPN lists 16 solo tackles with no interceptions or passes defended in the available stats, which suggests his value comes more from run support, leverage, and steadiness than splash plays. As a sophomore on Boise State’s roster, he looks like a depth-to-rotation fit for a team that wants a bigger-bodied corner who can hold up in contact and contribute reliably on the back end.[1][3]
