SFA's Clutch Kicker with Proven Legs and Iowa Pedigree
Brandon Smith, Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks' reliable kicker, brings FCS accuracy and power after honing his craft at Iowa (23 rec, 231 yds, 2 TDs in 2020-21 as WR before position switch). His differentiator is ice-cold intensity in high-pressure spots—like all-out hustle plays seen in highlights—making him a low-risk, high-reward fit for teams needing a dependable leg with NFL undrafted free agent experience (brief stints with Jets, Steelers, Cowboys). No major injury history; his leadership as a senior captain screams locker-room winner.
