Columbia LB Mark Cieslak brings size, experience, and edge to the Lions’ front seven
Mark Cieslak is a veteran Columbia linebacker whose value comes from physicality, familiarity with the program, and the kind of dependable, assignment-sound play coaches trust in the middle of a defense. Columbia lists him as a 5'10", 250-pound senior linebacker, and his roster history shows he has been part of the Lions’ setup for multiple seasons, which usually matters for communication and consistency on defense. He stands out more as a sturdy, downhill presence than a flashy stat producer, making him a fit for teams that want toughness, discipline, and a linebacker who can help stabilize the box.
