steady, high-motor Youngstown State DB with local grit
Jermaine Cox profiles as a dependable, blue-collar defender with the kind of passion coaches love: he describes himself as hardworking, respectful, and a player who puts in “a lot of work” because he genuinely loves the game. Available public info is light on recent stat production, so the better read is his fit—competitive, coachable, and likely strongest in effort, preparation, and toughness rather than flash. If your team wants a corner who brings intensity and buys into the culture, Cox looks like a reasonable fit.
