
Long, local Minnesota DL still hunting first real snap
Sam Macy is a 6-foot-5, 250-pound redshirt sophomore from Chanhassen who brings an appealing frame and hometown upside to Minnesota’s defensive line, but his college résumé is still waiting to get off the launch pad: he missed the 2024 season with an injury and did not see game action in 2025[1].
