Northwestern’s two-way playmaker with big-game instincts
Mike Eshun was a junior cornerback for Northwestern and also listed as a contributor on offense, which signals uncommon versatility and football IQ rather than a one-dimensional role.[1][3] The available Northwestern records credit him with standout rushing production in 2000, including multiple 200-yard games, so his differentiator appears to be explosive open-field ability and competitive toughness as much as pure defensive coverage work.[3] If you want a defensive back who can handle multiple assignments and bring extra value in gadget or special-package usage, Eshun profiles as an intriguing fit; however, the public record here is limited, so deeper current performance context is not available from the cited sources.[1][3]
