Murray State CB Chris Fountain brings steady, every-game reliability
Chris Fountain is a **reliable, assignment-sound cornerback** for Murray State who played in every game last season as a sophomore and finished with 15 tackles, suggesting a player coaches can trust to stay on the field and do the job without noise.[2] At 5-10 and 182 pounds, he profiles as a compact defender who likely wins with technique, competitiveness, and consistency more than flash, making him a sensible fit for a team that values dependable depth and disciplined coverage over pure size.[2]
