Cal Poly DL Andrew Hauser brings size, experience, and a sturdy interior presence
Andrew Hauser is a 6'3", 225-pound defensive lineman on Cal Poly’s 2026 roster, giving the Mustangs a long, built-to-hold-the-point body type inside the front seven[1]. His appeal is less about splashy stat lines and more about role value: he looks like a disciplined, physical trench player who can absorb blocks and help stabilize the run defense[1]. The biggest question is production upside, since the available public profile is thin, but the frame and positional fit suggest a useful, scheme-ready depth piece with starter traits if he keeps developing[1].
