Emerging LB Powerhouse from Kilgore HS to SNU Freshman
Chris McGhee, a 6-2, 200-lb linebacker from Kilgore High School (Class of 2022), showed early promise with 3 total tackles, 1 solo, and 1 QB hurry in just 2 games during the 2020-21 season—well above national averages for limited action. Now a freshman at Science & Arts of Oklahoma (SNU), his explosive Hudl highlights reveal elite speed, relentless pursuit, and pass-rush instincts that make him a disruptive force. Versatile OLB/DE with high motor and Texas toughness; no injury flags, ideal fit for teams needing aggressive, developmental edge defenders in FCS or D2 rotations.
