CJ Solis-Lumar brings size, tackling, and early-playmaking upside to the secondary
Solis-Lumar is a 6-foot-1 corner who showed immediate freshman value at Cal Poly in 2025, finishing with 23 tackles and three pass breakups while earning a 68.5 PFF defensive grade and strong marks in tackling and run support. He stands out less as a pure ball-hawk and more as a physical, reliable outside defender with FBS-caliber size, good length, and enough coverage production to hint at a higher ceiling. His fit is strongest for a team that wants a competitive, run-ready corner who can hold up early and develop into a bigger role.
