low-usage Cal guard with a proven all-around prep résumé
Rob Filley is a California guard whose current college role has been limited, with ESPN listing him at 0.3 points, 0.1 rebounds, and 0.0 assists per game in the 2024-25 context, but his recruiting appeal came from a well-rounded high school profile: 13.3 points, 7.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He stands out more as a versatile, do-a-bit-of-everything backcourt piece than a high-usage scorer, so he fits best for teams valuing guard length, defensive activity, and unselfishness over instant offensive volume.
