David Castleton offers steady backcourt experience, but current production is hard to verify
Publicly available stat feeds for David Castleton are sparse and inconsistent, but the clearest profile shows a guard who has been a modest scoring-and-distribution piece at Cal State Fullerton, with one historical season line of 7.8 points and 3.4 assists per game in 2000-01. His appeal is more about role fit than star power: a true guard with ball-handling and passing skills, enough scoring touch to keep defenses honest, and apparent versatility from a multi-sport background. For a team needing a low-usage connector and experienced floor general, he fits better than as a high-volume creator.
