Tahlia Garza brings veteran UC Irvine edge, rebounding grit, and rim protection
In her UC Irvine career, Tahlia Garza stood out as a durable, high-IQ center who played in 116 games and piled up 306 rebounds and 101 blocks, with a reputation for staying on the floor and doing the blue-collar work that wins possessions. In the 2020-21 season, she averaged 6.7 points per game and showed efficient finishing, including a 16-point outing on 8-for-10 shooting. If you want a dependable interior presence who protects the rim, rebounds, and brings captain-level steadiness, she’s a strong fit.
