Destri Bockey gives Belmont a true interior anchor
Bockey projects as a classic center fit: valuable if you want size, rim protection, rebounding, and a paint-first presence rather than a high-usage scorer. Belmont’s 2025-26 profile has been a low-turnover, guard-driven offense, so a center who can finish efficiently, defend the lane, and stay disciplined in structure can raise the floor of the group. The key question for a fit is offensive versatility—if he can screen hard, rebound, and protect the rim without needing touches, he can be a useful rotation big; if not, his impact depends more on defense than scoring.
