Disruptive Hampton DL with proven backfield production
Owen Obasuyi has been a steady interior defensive-line presence for Hampton, with the 2016 season showing 41 tackles, 6.0 tackles for loss, and 2.0 sacks—numbers that point to real backfield disruption rather than just space-eating. Listed at 6-5, 270 in Hampton’s 2017 media guide, he brings the frame and length teams want in a DL, plus enough production to suggest he can be more than a rotational body. For a team that values size, leverage, and occasional havoc in the run game, he looks like a fit.
