Drew Medley is a rising Charleston righty who keeps showing strike-throwing poise
In the 2025 season, Charleston RHP Drew Medley flashed real value in relief and spot-start duty, earning his first career win with three scoreless innings against midweek competition and later working 2.1 scoreless frames in his first collegiate start. He also delivered a career-best start in the CAA tournament stretch, holding UNCW to one run through five innings before fading late, which hints at a starter’s repertoire with competitive toughness. At 6-foot-2, 180 pounds, he looks like a sturdy, low-drama arm who can help a staff by soaking up innings and keeping games quiet.
