Montana State LB Josh Peterson brings depth, energy, and a Bobcat-ready edge
Josh Peterson is a Montana State linebacker worth watching because he projects as a physical, high-motor defender in a program that leans into toughness and depth; however, there isn’t enough verified public stat data available here to credibly label him a production leader in the 2026 season. The fit question is simple: if you want a linebacker who can play with urgency, embrace contact, and add special-teams or rotational value, Peterson looks like a sensible Bobcat-style option rather than a flashy headline grabber.
