UNCW Forward Jeff Horowitz: Charlotte-Born Floor General with Double-Digit Scoring Potential
Jeff Horowitz, a Charlotte-native forward for the UNCW Seahawks (#24), demonstrated immediate impact in the 2025 season opener by reaching double figures in points during UNCW's 106-77 victory over Mount Olive, signaling his readiness as a key contributor in the program's 75th season [1][2]. His differentiator lies in his local pedigree and versatile forward play that balances scoring with team-oriented intensity, as evidenced by five Seahawks hitting double digits in that win, suggesting Horowitz thrives in high-energy, balanced rotations [2]. While specific injury history or advanced stats aren't publicly detailed yet, his ability to score efficiently in a season-opening blowout indicates strong fit for teams needing a reliable, high-intensity forward who can elevate alongside scoring peers [2].
