steady, tough South Alabama back with proven burst
Carlos Davis has been a reliable, physical piece for South Alabama, highlighted by a 2020 season in which he led the team with 674 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns while adding 11 catches for 104 yards. His calling card is balance: enough burst to pop chunk plays, enough toughness to handle volume, and enough versatility to stay on the field in passing situations. He also fits the “quietly dependable” mold, which matters for teams that want a back who can keep drives alive without needing the spotlight.
