veteran Chattanooga DL with championship pedigree and long-term program value
D.J. Prather is a seasoned Chattanooga defensive lineman whose value is less about flashy stat lines and more about reliability, experience, and program pedigree. Chattanooga’s roster history shows him as a 6-foot-4, 260-pound senior in 2017, after arriving as a 2-star prospect and growing into a multi-year contributor on three conference championship teams. The key differentiator here is veteran toughness: a bigger frame, steady development, and a proven background in a winning culture make him the kind of trench player coaches trust when the game gets nasty.
