Jon Lewis adds reliable depth and special-teams value on West Virginia’s defensive line
Lewis is currently a depth piece for West Virginia who has seen real game action, appearing in 13 games and logging 224 snaps with 135 on defense while contributing four tackles and special-teams work in the 2025 season. His value is less about flashy box-score production and more about dependability, versatility, and readiness to fill gaps when called upon, which makes him a useful fit for a program that needs sturdy rotational linemen who can handle multiple roles[1].
