Joey Tuttoilmondo brings power-relief upside, but needs consistency to stick in the Towson bullpen
Tuttoilmondo is a right-handed pitcher whose best selling point is swing-and-miss potential: Towson notes he struck out 17 in 17.2 relief innings in 2024, while his profile also shows a meaningful velocity jump and a bullpen-first identity. The caution flag is command and run prevention, since his 2024 ERA was 8.66 and he worked mostly in relief, so he looks like a developmental arm with tools rather than a finished product. If your team wants a live arm who can miss bats and might still have more in the tank, he is worth a look.
