De'Angelo Henderson Jr. Was a Record-Setting, Big-Play Coastal Carolina Back
In the 2016 season, De'Angelo Henderson was one of Coastal Carolina’s most explosive offensive engines, finishing with 1,345 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns while scoring in all 14 games and setting an NCAA Division I record with 35 straight games with a touchdown[11][14]. He stood out for compact power, burst, and durability at 5-foot-7/208 pounds, and evaluators liked his compact build and 4.48-second speed as a late-round pro prospect[1][13]. If you want a back who brings nonstop juice and red-zone finishing, he fits; if you want prototype size, he’s not your guy[1][14].
