Alyza Winston brings steady scoring pop and guard craft to FGCU
In the 2024-25 season, Alyza Winston is listed by FGCU as a 5-7 guard and has shown the kind of compact, competitive game that coaches love: quickness, shot-making, and a track record of being a high-usage scorer in high school, where she averaged 21.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.1 steals as a junior. ESPN’s current player page also shows she can contribute offensively at the college level, making her a useful fit for teams needing perimeter pace, toughness, and someone who can create pressure without needing the ball for long stretches.
