Ethan Louthan is a big-bodied, experienced right-hander trying to stabilize Northern Colorado's staff
In the 2026 season, Louthan has worked 32.0 innings for Northern Colorado with a 7.59 ERA, 16 strikeouts and 16 walks, so the raw results have been uneven, but his profile still offers value as a 6-foot-4 graduate righty with bullpen experience and starter-in-relief flexibility.[1][2] He previously logged 2024 innings at Omaha and showed he can pitch in multiple roles, and Northern Colorado’s notes list him as a returning arm rather than a newcomer, which suggests trust in his feel and competitiveness even if the command has wavered.[1][2][7]
