Lydell Elmore brings bruising rebounding and efficient frontcourt value
Lydell Elmore profiles as a high-motor, physical forward who made his biggest mark in the 2020-21 season at High Point, when he led the Panthers in rebounds per game (6.2) and field-goal percentage (.489) while adding 11 double-digit rebounding nights. He’s the kind of connective big who cleans the glass, finishes through contact, and can steady a lineup with effort plays rather than flash—useful for a team needing toughness, rim presence, and reliable frontcourt minutes.
