Chris Goode gives Merrimack a versatile, power-capable outfield bat
Chris Goode is a left-handed Merrimack outfielder whose 2024 season showed a real blend of impact and on-base skill: he hit .262 with a .980 OPS, 7 home runs, 20 RBI, and a .380 OBP in 31 games, while also making 18 starts.[1] His profile suggests a player who can change a game with extra-base pop and timely production, and Perfect Game’s scouting notes point to an athletic, strong-running defender with long strides and outfield range.[1][8] If you need a fit who brings upside, speed, and offensive punch rather than just empty contact, Goode is worth attention.[1][8]
