Kenny Jones is part of a crowded McNeese backfield with upside to earn touches
Kenny Jones is a McNeese Cowboys running back in a backfield that includes multiple scholarship-level rushers, so his value will hinge on how quickly he separates himself in the 2026 season. The most useful read here is role rather than raw production: McNeese’s roster shows real competition at RB, which usually rewards the most dependable runner in pass protection, ball security, and short-yardage toughness. If your team wants a back who can carve out snaps by being reliable and physically ready to contribute, Jones is a name worth monitoring.
