Madison Green brings steady backcourt production and a balanced James Madison fit
Madison Green is listed with James Madison’s women’s basketball roster, where her profile has been tied to a steady, all-around guard game rather than flashy volume scoring. In the 2021-22 season, she averaged 6.4 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game, which suggests a connector guard who can contribute without needing the ball constantly. The key question for a team is fit: she looks like a solid rotation piece for structure, defense, and low-drama reliability — the kind coaches trust when the game gets a little spicy.
