Luke Helms is a seasoned Florida A&M linebacker with proven run-stopping chops
In the 2014 season, Luke Helms logged 56 total tackles for Florida A&M, including 33 solo stops, giving the Rattlers a steady, physical presence in the middle of the defense[14]. Listed at 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds, he profiles as a classic inside linebacker: sturdy, assignment-sound, and built to handle traffic between the tackles[14]. What makes him appealing is the combination of experience and reliability — the kind of defender who can anchor a unit, set the tone, and rarely looks overwhelmed by the moment[3][14].
