Alexis Leggett brings defense-first grit and rebounding juice to SMU
Alexis Leggett is a defense-minded forward whose value goes beyond modest scoring; her profile has long centered on high energy, shot-blocking, rebounding, and physical interior play, traits that helped her earn top-40 high school post recognition and praise as a defensive anchor. In current college stats, her offensive numbers are limited, but the tape-and-recruiting notes suggest a player who can change possessions, protect the paint, and supply toughness—useful if you need a hustle big who embraces dirty work more than featured touches.
