Brian Palmer brings untapped special-teams value to Youngstown State's kicking room
Brian Palmer is a **Youngstown State kicker** whose profile suggests a developmental, high-upside fit rather than a heavily documented statistical standout. Publicly available roster data does not show current game stats, so the main takeaway is that he remains more of an *evaluation prospect* than a proven production piece; that means teams should care about his upside, coachability, and whether his leg strength and consistency translate under live pressure. If you need a ready-made, statistically established specialist, the evidence here is thin.
