Dayton’s interior anchor with a trench-warrior edge
Morante is a defensive tackle profile worth watching because Dayton lists him on the Flyers roster at DT, a role that typically demands leverage, toughness, and gap discipline in the Pioneer Football League. Publicly available results here do not include season-by-season stat leaders or detailed scouting notes on his 2025-26 performance, so the safest read is that his value is likely in the dirty work: occupying blockers, holding the point of attack, and making life easier for teammates behind him. If your team wants an interior defender built for physical, assignment-sound football, he is the kind of fit that can matter even when the box score stays quiet.
