Veteran EKU edge presence with playoff-grade motor
Robert Knowles’ Eastern Kentucky profile points to a seasoned, high-motor defensive line player who earned a starting role and flashed disruptive ability in big moments, including tackles for loss, sacks, and a fumble recovery in his EKU career. He was described by the program as steadily improving and a potential All-OVC contender, which suggests a dependable, coachable lineman who plays with edge and maturity. If you want a worker-bee defender who can set the tone and bring consistent effort, he fits nicely.
