Brendan Gant brings veteran versatility and downhill edge to Towson's front seven
Gant is a seasoned, physical defender who has already logged 43 career games at Florida State and added experience at Colorado, showing he can handle multiple roles and special teams while producing steady, assignment-sound play. In his 2024 season at Colorado, he appeared in 11 games with 11 tackles, a pass breakup, a fumble recovery, and a tackle for loss, while his earlier FSU resume included 113 tackles and 5.5 tackles for loss. The fit is strongest for a team needing a reliable, mature, hard-hitting defensive piece rather than a flashy stat compiler.
