Grambling OF Daniel Soukup II brings a left-handed bat and center-field profile with upside
Soukup is a 6-foot, 190-pound left-handed outfielder for Grambling who arrived from Davenport HS with a scouting profile built around all-around talent, strong center-field defense, and a productive left-handed swing. His current 2026 line is modest (.200 average with 3 hits and 2 RBI), but the appeal is the athletic package: a contact-oriented bat, defensive versatility in the outfield, and room to grow as a freshman. If you want a player with tools, speed-side potential, and developmental upside rather than finished production, he’s a reasonable fit.
