Boone Swinney offers tough, downhill linebacker depth for North Alabama
Boone Swinney is a North Alabama linebacker whose value starts with versatility and toughness: he played both running back and linebacker at Phil Campbell High School and helped lead his team to multiple playoff appearances, a background that usually translates to physical, assignment-sound football. North Alabama’s roster listing confirms him as a 2023 football player, but available public coverage is thin, so there is no reliable stat line here to overstate; the real appeal is developmental upside, competitive edge, and a likely willingness to do the dirty work if your staff wants a hard-nosed, multi-role defender.
