Ava Stuewe is a rising UCF arm with starter-level poise and room to grow
A 5-foot-11 right-hander from Fredericksburg, Texas, Ava Stuewe has already shown enough durability and trust to log 23 appearances and 14 starts for UCF, finishing the 2026 season with a 3.67 ERA, 63 innings, and 36 strikeouts; she also earned a 7-5 record and helped the Knights in key conference spots. Her profile suggests a dependable, strike-throwing starter rather than a pure overpowering ace, and UCF’s use of her in both starts and high-leverage games points to confidence in her competitiveness and composure.
