Texas State’s transfer kicker with upside and a clean profile
Leeper is a Texas State place kicker whose appeal is simplicity: he brings a transfer background, adds depth at a specialty position, and gives the Bobcats a ready-made leg option without noise in his profile. Texas State lists him as a College Transfer from San Antonio College, and ESPN tracks him as part of the Bobcats’ kicking room; beyond that, public data on detailed performance is limited, so the fit case is more about roster utility, competition, and reliability under special-teams pressure than flashy stats.
