UNC Tar Heels Guard from the Early 2000s Era
Courtney Chambers, a 5-10 guard from Asheville, N.C., played for the North Carolina Tar Heels women's basketball team as a freshman in the 2000-01 season and continued through her junior year in 2002-03, when she opted to end her college career early despite eligibility remaining; known for her guard skills during that era, she's no longer an active college athlete and has transitioned to coaching high school girls' basketball in Texas since 2019—solid fundamentals and experience make her a proven developer of talent, but not a current player fit for teams.
