Baylor’s Under-the-Radar Big Body With Room to Grow
Clayton Collier is a Baylor offensive lineman whose appeal is mostly in the traits department: at 6-2 and 272 pounds in the 2022 roster listing, he brings interior-line size, versatility, and the kind of developmental profile coaches like to mold[1]. Baylor’s roster notes also show Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition, which hints at the work ethic and reliability teams want up front[1]. He’s not a stat-sheet star—there aren’t meaningful game stats available for him—but that’s normal for an OL and means the real question is fit: if your team wants a disciplined, teachable trench piece with upside, Collier is worth a look[1][2].
