Louisville’s veteran defensive lineman with blue-collar edge
Brandon Cornell is a Louisville defensive lineman whose value is tied less to flash and more to toughness, leverage, and doing the dirty work in the trenches; Louisville’s 2002 newcomer report lists him as a Kenton, Ohio product, and recruiting data from 247Sports identifies him as a defensive lineman/defensive tackle prospect for the Cardinals[1][9]. He stands out as a fit for teams that want a physical, assignment-sound DE who can hold the edge and bring a steady, hardworking mentality rather than a highlight-reel profile[1][9].
