Richmond Spiders' Tim Silver: Steady OL Anchor with Pro Potential
Tim Silver, a 6'5", 305-pound senior offensive lineman for the Richmond Spiders, has been a cornerstone of the line in the 2025 season, starting all 12 games and grading out at 78.2 in PFF pass-blocking efficiency (top-15 among FCS guards). His differentiator is elite foot quickness—averaging 1.12 seconds in 5-yard shuttle drills at the 2024 FCS Combine—paired with a nasty, high-motor personality that wears down defenders. No major injury history, multi-year captain, perfect fit for teams needing tough, reliable interior protection in run-heavy schemes.
