Tyler Pringle brings active, low-volume depth to UC Davis at linebacker
Tyler Pringle is listed with UC Davis and has opened the 2026 season with 1 solo tackle, a tiny box-score footprint that suggests he’s more of a depth or role player than a headline stat producer right now. The fit appeal is in the linebacker profile itself: if you want a tough, assignment-sound defender who can plug into special teams or rotational snaps without needing the ball to find him, he’s a reasonable look. The stats don’t yet scream impact, but the roster/history trail says he’s still in the mix and available when physical, reliable linebacker work is needed.
