From UTSA Floor General to Coaching the Next Generation
David President is no longer an active player—he's now an assistant coach at his alma mater UTSA, hired in July 2025. As a four-year starter (2001-05), President was a floor general and defensive pest, averaging 5.5 PPG, 3.1 APG, and 3.3 RPG while leading the Roadrunners in assists and steals for three seasons. His 220-39 coaching record (84.9% win rate) at Shadow Creek High School demonstrates his ability to develop talent and win consistently. President brings credibility, institutional knowledge, and a proven track record of player development—ideal for a program seeking experienced coaching depth.
